KIRCHSTRASSE RESIDENCE

Project type

Kirchstrasse Residence

Date

2025

Location

Menziken, Switzerland

R&D Luxury Architectural is increasingly engaged for cost risk mitigation, and our fixed-price offers as general contractor are highly valued by our clients. This project in Menziken required precise, razor-sharp calculation from the outset. Thanks to our carefully built network of partners, we are able to take on and manage construction risk with confidence.
The multi-family building — comprising eight residential units and a commercial space on the ground floor — has been entrusted to our responsibility, with construction planned to begin before summer 2024. This project, with its distinctive architectural design, is a proud addition to our portfolio.
