ALTE HEDINGERSTRASSE RESIDENCE

Built on an exceptionally narrow plot, this small multi-family building comprises four owner-occupied apartments and an underground garage, nestled among larger surrounding residential buildings. The project's high density made site organization — along with the coordination of existing and new utility connections — particularly demanding.
With its pitched roof and integrated photovoltaic panels, the building carries a subtly rural character. Yet its monochrome material and color palette allows it to blend seamlessly into the surrounding urban context — a careful balance between local character and contextual integration.
